Create a External Trade Execution Order

Creates a external trade execution order for an order. The order must be in the pending_execution or partially_filled state in order to create a external trade execution order.
The user may create multiple execution orders for a single order, as long as the sum of the open quantities of all execution orders is less than or equal to the open quantity of the order.
