Create a LOB SOR Execution Order

Creates a LOB SOR execution order for an order. The order must be in the pending_execution or partially_filled state in order to create a LOB SOR execution order.
The user may create multiple execution orders for a single order, as long as the sum of the open quantities of all execution orders is less than or equal to the open quantity of the order.
